Instruction Session Scheduling Form

This form is available for scheduling library instruction sessions. Please provide a two week minimum when scheduling a library instruction session. Fill out a separate form for each session you are requesting. We will contact you to confirm the date and time of your instruction session. For additional information, please e-mail askus@unt.edu.
