UNT Libraries Courtesy Card Application

Use this form to apply for or renew a UNT Library Courtesy Card. Please visit this page to see if you qualify. Your application will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days. You will be notified via email when your card is ready. If you choose to receive your Courtesy Card via mail, please allow an additional 5-7 days for it to be delivered.

Courtesy card holders can check out regular circulating print materials. A Courtesy Card does not provide off-site access to electronic resources or access to Wi-Fi. However, there are public access computers in the library that may be used for accessing the internet and electronic resources. A Courtesy Card is not required for using the public access computers.
