Please fill out this form in order to process your 3D print request.  Prepare or download your .stl file, provide any notes you would like us to be aware of, and click submit.

Notes would be filament color preference, stands vs. no-stands, or if you would like us to contact you before evaluating your 3D print request. As of now, you can pick one of these color preferences: 

• RED
• GREEN
• PINK
• BLUE
• WHITE
• WHITE (Glow in the dark - blue or green - specify in the comments)
• BLACK
• CHOCOLATE BROWN
• ORANGE
• GREY
• YELLOW
• PURPLE
• VIOLET
• SKY BLUE (Light)

Next, we evaluate your model for fitness to print.

Approved models will be placed into a print queue. When it is complete, you will receive an email about your 3D print being ready for pickup in Chilton 209.
