The University of North Texas at Dallas Student Engagement Office invites the UNTD community to nominate students, faculty/staff, student organization advisors, and registered student organizations for the annual Campus Awards. We invite you to acknowledge the outstanding work and contributions they have made in past academic year to improve our campus, community, and our world.

Nominations will be accepted through April 1st to this form. For questions or concerns about the awards, descriptions, or this nomination form, please email getinvolved@untdallas.edu
Review Process
Nominations are reviewed and scored by 4-5 pre-selected UNT Dallas faculty and staff members from outside of the Department of Student Affairs. Judges receive their rubric and access to double-blind submissions for each award. They are instructed to complete their review by a pre-determined deadline identified in the judge’s email.
Criteria. The criteria listed below is used by our judges in their review. Please make sure nominations are complete and meet the eligibility requirements for each award. The rubric to evaluate each award includes a 4-point scale for 4 categories: impact, overall excellence, leadership, and integrity.
Leadership |
actively involved in leadership roles; motivates or develops the leadership capacities of others |
Vision |
demonstrates clear vision, innovation, and creativity in their overall goals |
Impact |
clear contribution to either the campus or to the surrounding community; demonstrates strong initiative in their endeavors; clear impact as a result of their actions |
Integrity |
exhibits a high standard of integrity by leading through example; maintains high personal standards |
Additionally the following is also taken into consideration:
(1) complete and detailed submission, (2) examples of individual impact, (3) relevance to the institution’s mission, and (4) spelling/grammar |
